Ms. Vasilescu has demonstrated outstanding operational management and leadership, playing a key role in the company’s ongoing expansion and commitment to delivering the highest level of resident services in the greater Naples, Florida area.
As a strategic area of growth for Guest Services, Inc., the condominium and property management division has flourished under Ms. Vasilescu’s leadership since joining the Company in 2022. Ms. Vasilescu started her career in 2007 with Marriott International, later becoming the Regional Operations Specialist for the Eastern Region overseeing a portfolio of 42 hotels and condominium residences. In 2016, Ms. Vasilescu she joined Equity Lifestyle Properties as Regional Property Manager, playing a key role in training initiatives, client relationships, quality assurance and nurturing staff growth and development. In addition to working with condominiums and HOAs of various sizes, she has also overseen assisted living facilities and motor coach resorts.
Ms. Vasilescu holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Hunter College CUNY, a master’s degree in hospitality management from Cornell University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Chadron State College, along with professional certifications which include Licensed Community Association Manager and Certification in Assisted Living Facilities.
